Chef Joe Lombardi from New Hope’s Italian Cucina Presented a “Cooking with the Bounties of Fall” Seminar at Rutgers Nursery
On Saturday, September 29, Chef Joe Lombardi from the Italian Cucina in New Hope presented a variety of Fall cooking specialties at Rutgers Nursery. Along with a description of ingredient options, butternut squash ravioli with cider and cranberry sauce and chocolate chip pumpkin cookies were sampled. The Italian Cucina is located at 95 S Main Street New Hope.
Rutgers Landscape & Nursery is a premier full-service landscape design, installation and retail nursery located in Hunterdon County, NJ, serving customers in NJ and PA since 1986. Its 20 acres of growing fields provide much of its stock. A main aspiration of the nursery is to serve as an educational reference to the community for all things horticultural. Rutgers offers many seminars and hands-on workshops throughout the season.
